Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme

At Babington, our Year 10 students have the opportunity to complete their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award. This is an opportunity for students to discover new interests and talents, as well as develop essential skills for life and work. Students will complete three months in the following categories, skill, physical and volunteering, with one of their choice at six months. Following this, students will complete an expedition where they will spend two days, 1 night and 6 hours of planned activity and they will camp each day.
