Academic Mentor
We are looking to recruit an Academic Mentor to:-
- support the head of year in providing holistic welfare support for students
- offer a range interventions and active supervision of students in order to improve standards of behaviour, attendance and welfare
- promote effective and healthy relationships both in the classroom and outside of the classroom, supporting the school’s culture and supporting staff where appropriate
- provide effective administrative support and family / agency liaison as directed by pastoral leaders
- mentor and support appropriate students
Salary: Grade 7 £33,024-35,745 pa pro rata – 22.5 hours per week/39 weeks per year
